Equipment for other processes
In addition to engine machining and assembly, we also deal in final inspection systems and systems for transmission assembling processes. Our inspection systems in particular are essential for maintaining a high level of quality and for preventing defective products from being sent to subsequent processes. Moreover, we will respond to customers’ requests for various system configurations to offer tailor-made products.
Body control leak inspection system
This is a system which checks for leaks along the oil paths of a transmission.
The opening is plugged and air leak tests are performed to detect leaks.
Body control oil pressure inspection system
This is a system which drives a transmission via an external motor in order to inspect the oil pressure thereof.
The manual valve is shifted from first gear to fourth gear, then to neutral, reverse and paring so as to inspect each different section step-by-step.
CVT oil pump oil pressure inspection system
This is a system which drives an oil pump via an external motor in order to inspect the oil pressure, flow rate and torque thereof.
Bench tester
This is a system which drives an engine via an external motor in order to measure and inspect the torque thereof.
The system uses two axles: a warm-up axle and an inspection axle. During the initial warm-up run, the warm-up axle is used to run the engine for a pre-specified amount of time. Thereafter, the inspection shaft drives the engine at up to 6000 rpm, allowing rotation torque inspection to be inspected up to close to the engine red zone.
