Engine assembly equipment
Engine assembly lines are used to install various parts to cylinder heads and cylinder blocks to create complete engines. Operations on this line often involve complex work, so operators carry out many of the processes. For that reason, a fine balance between man and machine, and between work efficiency and safety is vital. We design and manufacture equipment to help maintain this balance.
Engine No. stamping machine
This is a machine used for stamping individual serial numbers onto engines.
The machine receives relevant data from a host PC and automatically determines which characters to stamp.
Optional functions for this machine include a function which enables the stamping position and direction to be changed, and a check function to confirm which characters were stamped via image processing.
Engine oil leak test machine
This is a machine which checks for leaks along the oil paths of engines.
The opening of the engine is plugged and air leak tests are performed to detect any leaks.
Piston pin press fitting machine
This is a machine used for press fitting a piston pin into a piston and a connecting rod.
The press fitting machine comes in shrink fit and normal temperature press fit versions. The pallet circulation system automatically transfers pallets with connecting rods and pistons on before heating and press fitting the piston pin.
Cam holder tightening & cam oil seal press fitting machine
This is a machine used for tightening cam holders and press fitting cam oil seals therein. Parts are fed automatically during the press fitting process. Thereafter, a tearing check via leak tests and an insertion check are performed.
